A City in Motion: Roads Built and Expanded
The road from Jhotewada Puliya to Ajmer-Delhi Bypass via Kamani Mode has been completed. A total of ₹125 crore has been sanctioned and work is underway for sector road development across Benad Road, Kalwad Road, and Khatipura Road areas. ₹170 crore worth of PWD road works, ₹100 crore by JDA, and ₹93 crore by Nagar Nigam (Greater) are all actively progressing across the constituency.
Solving Waterlogging: Drainage Work Done
Drainage construction on Sikar Road worth ₹36 crore has been fully completed. A ₹5 crore drainage project from Jhotewada Puliya to Ajmer-Delhi Bypass via Kamani Mode has also been completed.
Water for All: Drinking Water Infrastructure Delivered
A clean reservoir of 15 ML capacity has been constructed at Amanshah Pump House under the Bisalpur Drinking Water Project at a cost of ₹18 crore. ₹91.53 lakh from DMFT funds has been allocated and actioned for drinking water access across the constituency.
World-Class Sports: India’s First FIFA Football Ground
Vidyadhar Nagar Stadium is now home to India’s first FIFA-standard football ground — a landmark achievement that puts Jaipur on the national sporting map and gives local athletes access to world-class infrastructure.
Education Gets a Boost: Schools and Colleges
A new military school has been established in the Bhawani Niketan Sikar Road area. A Girls’ Degree College has been constructed in Vidyadhar Nagar at ₹5.50 crore. At the undergraduate level, the college offers Sociology, Sanskrit, and Fine Arts; at the postgraduate level, English, Hindi, Political Science, and History have been approved. A new police station at Khorabiyasal has been approved and inaugurated.
Healthcare Delivered: Hospitals and PHCs Upgraded
Two Urban Primary Health Centres — Harmada and Murlipura — have been upgraded to Satellite Hospital status. Khatipura UPHC has been built at a cost of ₹75 lakh. ₹18 lakh from DMFT funds has been used for Anganwadi building repairs across the constituency.
MLA Fund Works: Direct Investment in the Constituency
₹6 crore from MLA LAD funds was sanctioned and directed toward local area development works in 2024–25, followed by ₹4 crore in 2025–26 — a total of ₹10 crore in direct constituency investment over two years.
